Bibliophile Tag!

This tag started on The Rebelling Muse, run by a gal named Catherine. I got tagged by a blogger friend of mine, Maria S. Well, actually, she tagged "Anyone who wants to" and that counts.                  (She also sent me an email asking me to look into it)

Rules:
1. Share You Answers. Either comment on the original post, or make your own post (Link back to  Catherine's post!)
2. Share With Your Friends
3. Add a question (Please note. This was not one of the original rules. It was suggested by Maria S on her post. Catherine is ok with adding questions)

1. What Is Your Favorite Fantasy Novel?
I think I'm going to have to say Marissa Meyer's Heartless. I read about it on Maria's blog (she does book reviews) and even though she said not to, I read it. I have not recovered emotionally yet...
2. What Is Your Favorite Historic Novel?
Its a book at Gallagher Academy. Sadly, a lot of the novel, (which was written by a spy and is mostly based off her real life) is classified.
3. What Is Your Favorite Contemporary Novel?
Divergent
4. Which Character/Book Best Reflects Your Personality?
Sadie Kane. Sarcastic (mostly) British girl who loves cats.
5. Who Is Your Favorite Author?
Right now I can't decide between Rick Riordan, and Marissa Meyer...
6. Favorite Character Of All Time?
PERCY JACKSON!!! and ANNABETH!!! (They are no longer individual people on the internet anyway)
7. Do You Judge A Book By Its Cover?
Of course. Who doesn't?
8. Paper Books, Ebook, Or Both?
Both.
9. Have You Ever Read A Book You Didn't Like?
Who hasn't?
10. Favorite Book Villain?
LOKI. Ok. He's not really a book character...unless you count the Loki from Magnus Chase...
11. Book Cover You Loved?
Winter by Marissa Meyer. So pretty.

2. Wolflet
3. Cresswell
4. Jinter
5. Caleo

Alright. Pass it on!

Cas Demos

The girl is named Cassia Demos. Both of her parents were spies, but her mom died a few years ago. She used to go to a co-ed spy school out on the Pacific Coast. I don't know where. That would be classified. Lily has been trying to hack into the Gallagher Network to see if she could find anything about it, but I really don't even care.

The girl, who says she wants to be called Cas, looks like a female Percy Jackson. She has pitch black hair with beach waves, and blue green eyes. Lightly tanned, probably from all that time on the warm west coast. She has a slight dusting on freckles and a killed glare.

She is constantly wearing headphones and a tiny silver ring. She doesn't talk to a lot of people, but then again she's only been here a couple days, so let's cut her some slack, eh?

She's tested into our grade in almost everything. They don't teach Polish or Greek at her school, so she hast to take Polish with the freshmen. But guess what? She speaks Greek like a native. I wonder why?

*Gasp* Maybe she IS a demigod?

Well, I was thinking, the last time a god had TWO kids with a mortal (Thalia and Jason) they went through a lot. I mean, for them, it was Hera's fault. But what if it is really the Fates or something? And Hera was just the tool the Fates used?

What if that is why Prim's name was drawn?

Whiskers

I was in the library. I had just finished feeding Suzie. She hasn't started eating kitten food yet, so Zack and I take turns babysitting and bottle feeding her. Anyway, she was full and had just fallen asleep and I was flipping through a book ( Mark of Athena. Hey! We read non-spy books here!) when I heard a voice from the dark corner of the room.

"Your not as tough as they think." He said, leaning calmly against the wall.
Who was it?
 Alex.
Oh, you know. The one who I threw a book at.
At his face.

Which he deflected in a very fast cool spy like move. (What ever. I still beat him)

He kind of freaked me out. I had no idea how long he had been there. But instead I stayed still and said with a laugh

"Who said I was tough?"

"I think it was Peter," He said with a mock thoughtful look. "Right after you stuck a steak knife in his shoulder"

"Whiner. It barely touched him. I thought they taught hardened assassins at your school."

"They changed all that after Joe Solomon, and Dr. Steve." I thought I heard a growl in his voice when he mentioned his schools crazy ex-teacher. Then he shrugged. "Besides, Peter is on the...what do you call it here...research and development track."

Suzie yawned and rolled over. I rubbed her behind her ears.

"Did they decided your punishment?"

"Yeah..." I hesitated to say that he (and all the other boys) WERE my punishment.

"Was it tough?"

I laughed and said in a haughty tone "Nothing is too tough for a Gallagher Girl"

He laughed back and started walking out of the library.
"Alright. Good night, Whiskers." I thought he was talking about the kitten until he added as he walked out of sight into the hall " And good night Suzie!"

Amelia Earhart

Amelia Earhart
Amelia Earhart went missing during an attempt to circumnavigate the ...

One of the coolest things ever is seeing a Gallagher Girl mentioned in the Percy Jackson Series (Liz just brought 3 copies of the entire series back from....where ever she was)
It said that Ameilia was a Half-Blood!
Which totally would have worked. She would go to Gallagher during the school year and Camp Half-Blood during the summer.
She could kill any monster or mortal!
She is SOOO COOOL!!!!

(she also didn't die when her plane disappeared. She finished her life under deep, deep cover. How cool is that?)
